Standby Power
Conference "SPOK 2005"
After the success of the first Standby
Power Operators Klub (SPOK) conference last year, CellCare
Technologies are pleased to be driving SPOK 2005 forward in
Manchester this September. Aimed at the users of all types of
standby power, the event is held over two days, 27th and 28th
September with additional tutorials on the afternoon of the

Health and Safety
Training....
Over
the last six months CellCare Technologies has continued to
make improvements to its unique “battery maintenance” and
“health & safety” training courses. More interactivity,
more hands-on practical work and detailed handouts ensure that
all participants leave with a better understanding of what is
required to protect the large investment made in standby
batteries as well as being made fully aware of the dangers
involved and the best practices to follow to ensure that all
work carried out is done safely.
Joining
Forces....
CellCare
Technologies has been working with the New Zealand battery
monitor manufacturer PowerShield for over a year now,
introducing its current systems in to the European market.
Earlier this year both companies formed a strategic alliance
enabling them to work on the joint development of their
respective products and services.
This will give
PowerShield greater contact with the European market and help
CellCare Technologies expand their unique battery training
courses in the Australasian market.
Fuel Cell
Technology....
At
the Hanover Fair in April this year CellCare Technologies
Limited Managing Director, David Smith and Claude Duss, CEO of
IdaTech based in Oregon, USA put “pen to paper” and formally
signed a sales agency agreement between the two companies.
IdaTech showcased its range of commercially available fuel
cell products aimed at the standby power and telecoms markets.
The agreement will see Cellcare Technologies promoting and
offering the IdaTech range of systems into its telecom and
standby power customer base throughout the UK.
CellCare
Technologies see this is an important and exiting time in the
emerging world of Fuel cell systems for the standby industry
and this further strengthens their portfolio and position in
the market.

Version Update Tracker - Updated August
